"A point outside the control limits is not bad luck. It is information."

The intersection
of rigour and
software.

Most software developers don't know what a control chart is. Most Six Sigma practitioners don't write code. We're the rare overlap — and it changes what we can build for you.

Six Sigma isn't a methodology we read about. It's the lens we use to approach every problem — before we write a single line of code. That means the software we build for you isn't just functional. It's designed around the process it lives inside.

We combine statistical process control, DMAIC methodology, and custom software to build systems that don't just display your data — they help you understand it, act on it, and improve from it.

Whether that's a live operations dashboard, a digital twin of a physical process, or an analytical reporting suite for leadership — the starting point is always the same: what question does this need to answer, and what decision does it need to enable?

Six Sigma
A data-driven methodology for eliminating defects in any process.
At 6σ, you have 3.4 defects per million opportunities. At 3σ — where most organisations operate — you have 66,807. That gap is not abstract. It shows up in returns, rework, complaints, and wasted resource.
DPMO = (Defects / (Opportunities × Units)) × 1,000,000
Statistical Process Control
Real-time visibility into whether your process is in control.
Control charts distinguish between common cause variation (normal) and special cause variation (something has changed). Most dashboards just show you numbers. SPC shows you whether those numbers mean something has gone wrong.
UCL / LCL = μ ± 3σ
Digital Twin
A data-driven simulation of a real process or system.
Test changes, model failure modes, and validate improvements before you commit to the shop floor, the warehouse, or the production line. Reduce risk. Validate faster. Build with evidence rather than instinct.
Model → Validate → Simulate → Optimise → Deploy

We follow DMAIC.
Every time.

Not because it's a framework to tick off — because it works. Every engagement starts with defining the problem properly. Everything after that flows from the data, not the opinion.

D
Define

Establish the problem statement, scope, and what success looks like. Most projects fail here — not in execution, but in asking the wrong question.

M
Measure

Baseline the current state. Quantify the defect, the variation, the gap. You cannot improve what you have not measured — accurately.

Analyse

Find the root cause. Not the symptom, not the assumption — the actual cause. This is where most organisations stop. We don't.

I
Improve

Design, pilot, and implement the solution. With simulation, we can validate improvements before they touch the live process.

Control

Lock in the gains. Control plans, monitoring systems, and dashboards that alert you when the process drifts — before it becomes a problem.

What you
walk away with.

Every engagement ends with something tangible — software you own, documentation you can hand to anyone, and dashboards that keep working after we're gone. No vendor dependency. No ongoing fees.

// 01 — Visibility

Live Operational Dashboards

Real-time KPI dashboards with statistical process control built in. Not just numbers — context. Is this variation normal, or has something changed?

Includes:
  • Control charts with UCL/LCL boundaries
  • Configurable KPI cards and trend views
  • Alert logic for out-of-control conditions
  • Full source code, runs on your infrastructure
// 02 — Analysis

Analytical Reporting Suites

Automated reports that surface what matters to the right person at the right time. Built for the individual doing the work and the leadership making the decisions.

Includes:
  • Automated report generation and scheduling
  • Role-based views — ops, management, executive
  • Export to PDF, Excel, or custom format
  • Data pipeline documentation and training
// 03 — Simulation

Digital Twin & Process Simulation

Model your process, test your assumptions, and validate improvements before they touch anything real. Physics-based or data-driven — depending on what the problem needs.

Includes:
  • Process model calibrated to your real data
  • Scenario testing and sensitivity analysis
  • Visual simulation environment
  • Improvement validation report
// 04 — Process

DMAIC Engagement & Documentation

A full Six Sigma improvement project — from problem statement to control plan. Documented thoroughly enough that your team can own and continue it without us.

Includes:
  • Project charter and scope definition
  • Process maps, fishbone, root cause analysis
  • Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
  • Control plan and ongoing monitoring setup
// 05 — Intelligence

Custom Data Pipelines & Integration

Connect your data sources, clean and structure the output, and make it available to the tools that need it — without recurring SaaS fees for the privilege.

Includes:
  • Data source mapping and integration
  • Transformation and cleaning logic
  • Scheduled or real-time pipeline
  • Full source code delivered to you
// 06 — Custom

Bespoke to Your Requirements

Not everything fits a template. If your process, your data, or your reporting needs are specific to how your business works — we start there, not with a product.

Tell us:
  • What decision you need to make better
  • What data you already have
  • What your team actually needs to see
  • We'll scope something that fits

Built for the person
doing the work.

These tools are designed for the individual who needs better visibility, better process, and better output. When one person works better, the whole team moves better.

// The Operator

Businesses running a process they know isn't performing.

You have the data. You know something is wrong — or at least, not as good as it could be. But the reporting doesn't tell you where the problem is, just that it exists. We build systems that answer the next question: why, and what to do about it.

"We always know when something goes wrong. We rarely know why until it's too late."

// The Analyst

Teams spending more time collecting data than acting on it.

Spreadsheets that take an hour to update. Reports that are out of date by the time they're read. Manual processes where the human is the bottleneck. We automate the collection, structure the analysis, and build dashboards that are always current — so the analyst can do analysis, not data entry.

"If you're spending Tuesday morning copying numbers between spreadsheets, we should talk."

// The Leader

Leadership making decisions with incomplete or misleading information.

Averages hide variation. Trend lines hide special causes. A number that looks fine in a summary can be a process that's been out of control for three weeks. We build reporting that shows what's actually happening — not just what fits on a slide.

"In Q we trust. Everyone else — bring data. And context."

// The Builder

Engineers and developers who want Six Sigma rigour built into their tools.

If you're already building software and want statistical process control, simulation capability, or data intelligence integrated into your product or internal tooling — we can work alongside your team, or hand you something you can extend yourself.

"Source code delivered. Integrator-ready. No black boxes."

Who this is not for.

If you want a subscription dashboard that looks impressive in a boardroom but doesn't change how decisions get made — there are plenty of vendors who'll take your money. We're not the right fit for organisations looking for optics over outcomes, or for teams not ready to act on what the data tells them. Six Sigma requires commitment to the process. If that's not where you are right now, we'll tell you — honestly.

Think you're
data-driven?
Prove it.

Three questions. Sixty seconds. We'll calculate your sigma level and tell you whether H₀ holds.

Only data analytics professionals will understand half the questions. That's entirely the point.
